Location: Office of the Chairman of the West

 

In this scene, the Chairman of the West, together with his Secretary General Mr. Anderson, meet with the former Ambassador and current sub-Divisional Defence Minister Camilo Angeles, to talk about Mr. Chairman’s recent trip to Mars, Mr. Angeles rise within the political arena of his sub-Division and last, but not least, about the man who has become the most wanted criminal in the world: Mr. Elkin Villa.
